Q: Is europliance authorised to service miele appliances?

A: Yes, we are. We are also authorised to do warranty service. We specialise in miele and have over 25 years’ experience. We also use the latest in diagnostic equipment.

Q: How long do I have to wait for service?
A: Usually within 48 Hours

Q: Can I book an appointment time?
A: Yes you can, we will endeavour to fit in with your availability.

Q: Where are repairs carried out?
A: All work is carried out in your home or business. We will advise what is needed and the costs involved. Our aim is to complete repairs on the first call.

Q: Do you carry miele parts?
A: We stock a large supply of genuine miele parts. All these parts carry miele’s 12 month warranty.

Q:  Can I pay with credit card or eftpos?
A:  Yes we accept most forms of payment
